You’re doing great at everything, Kathi! As you know, active aging… aging along is having a moment. I’m working with my gynecologist and senior center director to present Sexual Health for seniors. It’s an important part of overall wellness and I’m all for normalizing these conversations. I’m delighted you’re considering sex for future posts!

We've had one 4" snowfall and getting another 3-8" tomorrow. I wish I'd known you didn't have any in Maryland last year - I'd have sent you some of our 163" record snowfall from Flagstaff, Arizona! :) Hope you are enjoying snow today!
