Thanks for this uplift Kathi💕 I appreciate your suggestion to think small and also about helping others. As soon as we do that it creates a shift in us but often we look past the personal benefits of doing something for someone else.

These are great ideas..’small details and helping others’ I really love! Exercise/movement is my go to. I’m picturing you in your cozy farmhouse in front of the fire...hygge up as they say! Thanks for sharing ways to get thru dreary, chilly winter days! 😊

These are great suggestions.

As someone who lives in a cold climate half of the years, I am always looking forward to the warmer weather. Sitting by the fire and having a heated blanket make the time go by quicker.

A change of scenery can make a world of difference.

All good suggestions. It is hard to get out during the winter months. I walk regularly with a friend one day a week. Try to do it more often on my own. Movement helps. Thanks for this.
